Ridgefield Real Estate
Located 15 miles north of downtown Vancouver, Ridgefield has been one of the fastest growing cities in the state of Washington. One important factor in this growth is its highly regarded school district.
Just minutes from its charming downtown is the 5300 acre Ridgefield Wildlife Refuge. The refuge provides several miles of trails where outdoor lovers can view waterfowl and other native wildlife. Ridgefield also hosts Clark County’s largest Fourth of July Parade, a popular tradition for families all over Clark County.
Ridgefield is also home to the Ridgefield Raptors, a minor league baseball team that competes in the West Coast League. The Raptors play their home games at the Ridgefield Outdoor Recreation Complex, which boasts six multi-purpose sports fields that can be used for baseball, softball, and soccer. The Complex is jointly owned by the city and the Ridgefield School District.
Wine-lovers can enjoy several wineries just a few minutes drive from, including Confluence Winery and Windy Hills, both of whom have recently opened new tasting rooms.
